Party Pooches wagged their tails off on the dance floor at NOTO on JANUARY 18th, for Hair O’ The Dog – voted Best Event In Philly! Guys were suited up, and gals were dressed to impress as they partied like Gatsby to benefit M.A.C Cosmetics Viva Glam Fund. This glamorous event roared into 2020 with world-renowned DJ and producer, LAIDBACK LUKE, the sensational DEUX TWINS, and DJ N9NE of Q102. Event hosts, Rach on the Radio, Philly’s favorite on-air jock, and Jay the Gentleman of wooderice.com, greeted partygoers on the infamous HOD red carpet and emceed the evenings epic festivities.
